I'm Amish, a designer who codes.
I like building things from scratch and thinking about how people make sense of the world. I'm studying Computer Science and Cognitive Science at the University of Toronto, which sounds like a lot, and it is, but I genuinely enjoy both sides of it. Currently working on Grunt AI and Inga Internals across design and frontend.
I think the most interesting design problems ahead won't live on screens. They'll live in gestures, hardware, spatial interfaces, and AI that meets you where you are. I have no idea how to build most of that yet, but that's sort of the point.
When I'm not working, I'm:
- doing Wordle (pro tip: start with adieu)
- finding new cafes around Toronto
- reorganizing Spotify playlists like my life depends on it
- planning a trip I'll think about for months and book in 5 minutes
I don't bite. If you want to collaborate, have a project in mind, or just feel like talking, find me on LinkedIn or send me an email. Worst case, we have a good conversation.
